No the BRIK does not include a JUUL Vaporizer nor pods. The BRIK does come with an included Micro USB cable to re-charge.
What does it mean when the LED indicator on my BRIK is green/orange/red?
The LED light on your BRIK indicates the remaining battery charge available. A green light indicates 3 complete JUUL vaporizer charges remain, the orange light indicates 2 complete JUUL vaporizer charges remain, and the red light indicates 1 complete JUUL vaporizer charge remains.
How do I get my JUUL device out of the BRIK if a pod is not attached?
We recommend inserting a pod for removal. If you don’t have a pod on you, turn the BRIK upside down and shake it with force. Your JUUL device will fall out with enough force.
Will my JUUL device with a skin fit inside a BRIK?
A JUUL device with a skin will not fit inside the BRIK.
Why does my BRIK no longer charge my JUUL vaporizer?
The charging contacts on your JUUL vaporizer may be dirty. Using a q-tip with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol, clean the bottom of the JUUL vaporizer per the manufacturer’s instructions. If that does not help please click Problem with your device? to submit a claim. Your BRIK comes with a lifetime warranty, so there is no need to worry! If your claim is approved we will ship you a replacement BRIK and ask for you to ship your BRIK back to us.
My BRIK is not re-charging?

Can I use the JUUL vaporizer while it is charging inside the BRIK?
Your JUUL vaporizer cannot be used while it is charging inside the BRIK. However we designed the BRIK’s chamber so that your JUUL device is readily available and convenient to use.
Why is my cable is not charging my device?
The charging contacts on your JUUL device or VUSE Alto device may be dirty. Using a q-tip with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol, clean the bottom of the device per the manufacturer’s instructions. If that does not help, try using your device with another JUUL/VUSE Alto compatible charger OR try charging another device with your BRIK charging cable. The results can often diagnose if there’s an issue with your device or cable.

Your BRIK Cable comes with a lifetime warranty, so there is no need to worry! If your claim is approved we will ship you a replacement Cable and ask for you to ship your Cable back to us - all free of charge.
What shipping options do you offer?
All orders are shipped within 24 hours. We offer standard and expedited shipping via multiple carriers depending on your region in Canada. Standard shipping is free on orders $15CAD and over. We have multiple fulfillment centers to ensure affordable and speedy shipping!
Do you ship from Canada?
Yes we do! If you use a VPN proxy, make sure your IP address is still located in the Country of your residence so that your shipping options are as fast and affordable as possible!
Can I request a refund/cancel my order after I have made my purchase?
You can cancel and refund your purchase up to 30 minutes after placing your order via the order confirmation email sent to your email address.
If more than 30 minutes has elapsed, please contact us directly at support@BRIKcharger.com and include your order # in the subject line of the email. We will do our best to cancel your order before it ships.
Can I return my product(s) for a refund after I have received my package?
Products in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged. We do not accept torn packaging. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Yes, we really mean lifetime, however you must register for a lifetime warranty within 30 days of purchase! If your product becomes defective after normal use, contact us via the Problem with your device? page and we will get back to you within 24 hrs!
