We want you to be 100% satisfied with your BRIK purchase. Products in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged. We do not accept torn packaging. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

If you'd like to return your product, email us directly at support@BRIKcharger.ca, and include your order # in the subject line. We will provide you with a return shipping label.

If the product arrived or has become defective, please complete and submit a Problem with your device? form and make sure to register your product for warranty. Be assured we’ll make things right!
